Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideal for families as the rooms are spacious and allow everyone to stay together comfortably. However, the lack of decoration and limited natural light might be a drawback. The service is exceptional with helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist. The central location provides easy access to major attractions, though noise from the street could be disruptive late at night. The dining experience offers diverse local delicacies and fresh, plentiful options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor room-related issues.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the town center, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions on foot. The rooms are welcoming and provide a peaceful retreat for each day, ensuring a pleasant stay. The service, particularly from Seka, was exceptional, adding a friendly touch to the overall experience. The dining options offered a variety of choices, enhancing the evening experience. However, the location being on a pedestrian street could be a bit noisy at times.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the old town, just steps away from the Golden Balcony. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, despite some disturbances from intoxicated individuals on the street below and homeless at the rear. The service is friendly and accommodating, offering various amenities. Dining options are outstanding in a beautifully atmospheric old stube. Overall, a perfect mix of positives and negatives in a centrally located hotel.
The hotel has a great central location in Innsbruck old town, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the lively atmosphere. The rooms are a bit worn and small but still adequate. The service is exceptional with accommodating and friendly staff. The dining experience offers a good variety of local products. Overall, a charming hotel with a few room-related drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and very clean, exuding an old-world charm with unique Mozart memorabilia. However, it was a bit noisy at night due to intoxicated individuals and homeless people outside. The use of a few staircases added character without inconvenience.
Staying at the hotel placed me in a room at the back, away from the street, which had a fancy look but proved impractical for families with babies or toddlers due to certain design aspects like having the shower in the room. The rooms weren't ready upon arrival, showcased old decoration, had dim lighting, and felt cramped at 1300. Despite these drawbacks, the hotels provided great service that was exceptionally professional and accommodating from all the staff, making my stay enjoyable. The central location was convenient, although it could get noisy on eventful days. The dining experience, set in a unique old world setting in the Altstadt, was satisfying, except for the absence of English breakfast tea. The facilities offered were decent, enhancing the overall experience despite certain limitations.
